A beautiful tree!
I have not done an entry for some time. Uncle Donny reads the website every day and keeps me informed. He finally told me I need to let you know how much we love you and care for you. The tree is beautiful! Wish you could come to decorate our tree - It's a hodgepodge of favorite ornaments collected through the years but no real theme. Oh well - every year I think it's the most beautiful tree in the world. UNTIL I saw Tori's tree. Wish I could be there to see all of these beautiful trees and decorations. It was very emotional for me to view Tori's tree even though it was so very beautiful. We must keep praying for her and all of you to have better days ahead. Thoughts all day and prayers every day! All our love, Auntie Jill and Uncle Donny.

Hi... My name is Jennifer Bates, and it was my mom Anita who purchased Tori's tree at the Festival of Trees. I just wanted to to say that it is an absolutely beautiful tree, and it caught my eye immediately. I was with my mom on the day all the trees were being decorated, she was decorating her own tree, and I saw this man carrying this tree with toe shoes on it. I was drawn to it, because I have always loved ballet. The next day on bidding night, I wanted to search for that tree to show my mom how pretty it was, she too fell in love with it and thought it was beautful. We kept our eye on it, and even after the bidding closed on the small trees, we went back to it, just curious to see if it had been sold. To our surprise it was still for sale, and my mom debated on whether to buy it or not, but then we read the story of Tori and it was a given she purchased it right then. I told my mom it must of been meant to be for us to have this tree, because as pretty as it was I was sure it would have been snatched up right away. So today we went and picked it up and brought it home, where we were able to now see it more up closely. We found all these extra little surprises, such as the little tutu fashioned as a tree skirt, and that each of the packages contained their own surprises, all of which has turned out to be perfect for my 20 month old daughter, who seems to be a dancer in the making. We just wanted to say that we will enjoy this tree tremendously and will keep Tori and her story with us always. She is now in our thoughts and prayers and we thank you for sharing her story. Her tree now sits in my bedroom, where it will stay through the holidays, and I wanted to share the photos I took. Thank you once again!! Jennifer and Anita.

Thank you Jennifer for posting this information and thank you Anita for purchasing Tori's tree. We were of course wondering where Tori's tree landed and we were happy to read your story in finding it and we now know it has a wonderful new home. Your picture confirms that it truly was Meant2be.
Thanks again,
The Schmanski Family

I will definately now be making regular visits to this site so I can see the updates on Tori's progress. With her tree and picture now with us, she will always be in my thoughts and prayers now.
