We believe in you, Tori !

I’m Guy’s sister, I live in Paris so sorry for my bad english!
I met Tori and her family 2 years ago and I spent 1 month with them.
One of my best memory of this amazing family is during my 1st 4th July. We made a barbecue and ate chocolate with marshmallow, after that we went to see the fireworks. I spent very good time with all of you and thank you for your welcoming and kindness.
I’m thinking of you every day and I’m sure Tori getting well day by day !
As everybody says, she’s a fignter and a winner !
I’m so far from you, I would like to be with you and help you !
I love you so much and I’m with you.

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words

While looking through all the pictures of Tori, her family and friends several things came to mind. The first was how lucky she is to look mostly like Maria and not Tim. The second was why is there a crazy French woman in so many of the pictures? The third was how overtly obvious the love that her Family, Friends and Community have for her. The pictures show it, and I have never seen anything like it.

It takes a special person, and a special family to have such an impact on those around them (and even those not around them based on the postings from Paris, Minnesota, and now New Jersey). Although it is quite a shame that we often don’t express our love until something tragic happens, it is amazing to see people rally together when it does.

Tim and Maria, I can’t imagine what you are going through, and I hate being 2000 miles away from you right now. I know that if there are any people in this world that have the strength of character, love in their hearts and downright goodness to bring Tori through this… it is you two. I miss you both, and hope to see you soon. I hope that sometime in 2011 Tori joins us for Lava Flows (Ben Goodman Style) in Maui.

It is now possible for our registered users to upload images.

Once logged in, you can visit Create > Image. You will be required to enter a Title for the image. Also, please make sure to select "Friends' pictures" in the "Image Galleries:" drop-down box.

We are all looking forward to enjoy many new pictures of Tori and her friends.

Thank you so very much Ben and and we miss you as well. We are greatly looking forward to many, many more BG Lava Flows at some time in the future :-) And you know Guy - we can never pry his hands loose of a camera so we can take pictures!!... I think its another one of those french things... ;-)

Love from Minnesota

Hi Everyone;
My name is Janine. I am Tim's cousin from Minnesota. I am so thankful to everyone in Utah for supporting my family. Thanks to Guy for this great website and for being so supportive to Tim & Maria. I've been talking to Tim on a daily basis and it is great to hear the change in his voice. It hurts so much that we can't be closer to help the family. The last time we saw Tori was 2 years ago. Tim & Maria came to MN. Our kids played together for the first time. It was a great time. My daughter Kristin is 10, and a dancer too! Whenever I mention Tori, Whitney or Brendan her eyes light up! "Are we going to see them again MOM?", she'll ask. Kristin asks about Tori everyday. I'm glad I have good news to tell her. Keep the faith everyone!
Tori, get better, be strong. We WILL be seeing you soon. Love you from Janine, Bruce, Kristin and Cameron.
