I missed knowing what was going on
I recently went to Hawaii with my husband and 5 kids and I had such a hard time not having access to this web page and knowing how Tori was doing. We returned late on Wednesday night and I came down and read until probably 2 or 2:30 a.m. to get caught up on what has been happening. I was so sad when I read that Tori had developed another infection. I remember when my youngest was 9 days old she was in Primary Childrens Hospital for 3 days and she ended up only having an enterovirus but they did x-rays, spinal tap and lots of blood tests. She was so hot that the only time they would really let me hold her was when I needed to feed her and she was so wiped out that she didn't really want to eat very much during the 3 days there. It was so hard for me to see my little child going through that and my heart breaks for Tim and Maria that they have to watch their child, their baby going through all that she is going through and not being able to take away the pain and take it on themselves. I am so glad that The Schmanski family has such a huge support system between family and friends that are there for them at this difficult time. I have heard so many wonderful stories about Tori from reading this website that I feel like I know her. I hope and pray that she will one day be able to dance again. I would love to see her dance as I am sure that many others that read this website pray for that too. Good luck to you all and my prayers are with you all the time and in my heart. I love you guys and have so much respect for you. Tim and Maria you are great parents. Maria, I am giving you a big hug and I am sorry that it has been so long since I last talked to you. I hope to see you soon.
Love
