We checked the Pray4Tori site last night before going to bed and were shocked to find that Tori's having problems again. We had so hoped that things would go well for her in Rehab.

Tori, as well as you, Maria, Tim Whitney and Brenden, are in our thoughts and prayers continually. We know how hard this can be on a family and pray for your strength to be able to continue your vigilance to Tori.

Please know that we love you and pray for you and especially for Tori's recovery.

Harris Family Auction Raises Funds for Tori

An auction to raise money for the Tori Schmanski Fund was a main activity at the Harris Family Reunion held on Saturday August 13th in Delta. Many family members donated hand-crafted items: jewelry, rocks and minerals, Indian crafts, photographs, hooked rugs, doilies and much more. Coming from various locations in Utah as well as from California, Montana and Hawaii, about seventy-five members of the Harris Family were presentâ€”children of Edward Daniel and Cora Forster Harris, with spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. (Edward and Coraâ€™s children are: Edward, Anna Beth, John, Rexâ€”Toriâ€™s Grandfather, Mark, Robert and Fran). Noticeably absent and greatly missed were members of the Tim and Maria Schmanski Family who of course were caring for Tori at the Childrenâ€™s Hospital. At the beginning of the reunion, all present united in prayer, petitioning God for Toriâ€™s recovery, an exercise of faith that will continue daily. Pictures of Tori were displayed for all to see.

We just returned to California from our Harris reunion in Delta, Utah.

We saw our relatives and caught up with the news of many of them. Thoughts of Tori
and prayers for her recovery were formost in our minds. We have missed several days of the updates about Tori but are catching up with them now.

Thanks so much for your efforts to keep us informed.

Tim, Maria and family

Like many of the other messages you have received,we send our heart felt appreciation for all you are doing for Tori. What a blessed young lady she is to have you as her parents. I'm sure you're exhausted by the events you face daily. Many of our friends here in Cameron Park, California are extremely interested in Tori and often ask how she (and you) are doing. (We're happy to tell them of the website.)

We read the "Pray4Tori" website several times a day to keep in touch with you and Tori and the progress she is making.

We're sending lots of LOVE your way and hope you know we are thinking of you and praying for you and your beloved Tori.

Tim and Maria

Thanks for the website. You're wonderful to keep posting the up-dates about Tori and the daily progress she has been making. We know it takes lot of effort on your part, but this is our way of keeping in touch with the events as they happen. We check the website daily for any news about her condition.

We have been very concerned about Tori and the rest of the family. Living in California has been a handicap in this situation. Trying to reach relatives by telephone to find out how Tori was doing has been very difficult. Now we check the website two or three times a day. It's wonderful for us!

We're "Praying 4 Tori" and the rest of the family and will continue to do so until Tori recovers.
